    I am from hempstead, NY an Medical Assistant and age 41. I just got my blackberry pearl, however when I go to launch my browser this is what it says "Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Can somebody help me please, is there a download or application solution for this.

    as for your problem, it sounds like you need to talk to your service provider and have a data plan added? Or have your service books resent in order to enable data related services.

    Welcome to the Stacks Godsincharge. If you have already signed up for a BB data plan, try logging onto your T-Mobile account, going into your account and resend your service books. You could also try (from your BB) Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table/Click/Register now.

    If none of those work, give TMO a call to make sure they activated the data plan.
