Sometime before June 21/22 whichever is the start of summer for AT&T and June for Rogers. At least that's how I read the blackberry.com Press releases for 03 and 04 May 2007.

Well on the offical BlackBerry Accessories website some 8300 specific stuff is available today. Some on the 10 and others on the 11th. We have to see a release soon... why sell the stuff if there is no BB?
