thats great news as a linux hobbyist i was looking for something that worked as a modem.and to use bluetooth instead of a usb cable is great.

Can someone explain this proxy server? It says that you need a proxy server in order to use this.

I think it is really lame that the guy not only collected the community bounty but is then also charging for the app - you don't get to have your cake and eat it too.

And it needs a proxy server so they have yet another opportunity to make you pay for something, of course.

I hope RIM releases OS 4.2 before this guy releases his app and people waste money for something that should be included in the first place.

i hope it works with the 7100i ... and it most likely will not work, since my phone isnt gprs and outdated
