Just curious, did the packaging look like the genuine Motorola product? It's amazing what these counterfitters can do these days to make their knock-offs look like the real thing....

Mine are all real, because we order them directly from a Motorola vendor. I see so many knockoffs its not funny.

There are nearly 50 to 75 sellers trading at this cheap price. Some others clearly indicate the difference b/w the original and counterfeit models. As the prices of these ones are damn expensive, WE never look into their item description.

I too bought a headset from ebay, But before I did, I read this article on ebay. I found it very useful, and it helps spotting fakes on ebay.

I also recommend not buying from foreign countries, or anybody that doesn't have a 100% feedback on ebay!!!!

What concerns me is that I have just bought a H700 on ebay for $30 from Hong Kong, but it actually matches up with the real one, even according to the guides. The thing is, the sound is really crappy! So, it looks like the company making the fake headsets have read these articles and have fixed these descripences. SO now its identical, but sound is still crappy. This is why I'm buying a Plantronics one.
