How about a ssh/sftp application for the BB? It would be possible to transfer files from both Macs and *nix boxen using the sftp tool.

I've tried ssh clients on my 8700, and file transfer doesn't seem to work. I may be wrong, let us know if you get it going.

With 4.2.1, which will be available on the 8800, and OS upgrades will be available on the 8700, and I believe the 7130, this will be possible with a custom application.

We have built an application that implements the standard Bluetooth File Transfer profile, and have successfully transferred files to and from Windows Mobile devices.
