    I would do just as mentioned above and email or PIN them right on the spot to get the rest just like you would do to exchange cell numbers.

    well, email involves a lot of spelling sometimes, and PIN means they have to carry blackberry. The fact that I have a blackberry to get my email on the fly doesn't mean the other person has....

    THIS SHOULD BE SOLVED BY RIM!!!!

    Me personally I have a signature set up on my device and when a customer leaves and I have their email address. I just shoot them an email with my signature. Also if you have a pearl and they have a pearl you can send your contact info via bluetooth. Juaat a few ideas~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
