    I purchased a Bluetooth device with the Product #G688. I don't remember the name of the manufacturer I can't seem to find out if it is compatible. If it is my 8100 cannot find it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    when trying to pair the headset, did you hold the power button down for at least 5 seconds? On mine, this sets the headset in pairing mode. then have the BB search for the headset. if it finds the headset, enter 0000 for the code. good luck.

    It was made in China by Shenzhen Lezestar Science Technology Co., Ltd. All bluetooth appliances operate on a standard frequency. There is of course the "China factor" here but most likely its the settings. If you'll give me more info, I'll try to help ya!
