Mobile.blackberry.com, has new 8100 themes. Check out the today plus theme, it's a combo of zen and today!!!

The phantom looks pretty good on the pearl but the menu choices on the home screen are less and I haven't figured out how to change them

I wouldn't count on it. A lot of the themes they do for posting on the BlackBerry HELP site, are not created using the PTB. They have some tools and APIs that are "not available to the general public", to quote a response to my question on changing the Banner Strength Indicators.

But we can always hope. It's been quite a while since they released the update that originally gave us the PTB

Nice themes but when I loaded, it stopped the volume on my phone from ringing and I have it on the loud profile. Maybe it is just my pearl because I have had several issues with it. I'm going to exchange it for another device. Hopefully, there will be an update to this operating system soon.

I downloaded the themes. Fantastic. Works great. I especially like the Today theme that makes my Pearl desktop look like Win XP.

did anyone get the phantom theme working? it relieze that it is a memory hug, but it doesnt seem to work for me.

It tends to freeze up everytime it goes to the home screen and it took for ever to try to get it back to a regular theme.

I got it working, but it has major loading issues. All the graphics and icons are different, so it either takes forever just the first time or forever all the time. As cool as it kinda looked though, I just couldn't stand the delays from just trying to through the menus.

i started messing with it some more. i agree i like the look of this kind of theme. it make the pearl look a lil more slick/sci-fi ish. but god is it such a memory hog, and long load time. so unless you can get used to that, i would stick to a simplier one for now.

It loaded quick on mine. I think that part of the issues has to do with the operating system. Hopefully, there will be an upgrade to this operating system soon.
