i personally never knew there was a desktop sync service books. Sounds to me like something your IT guys should be able to push out to your device again or something that should work after a resending of service books

Have your BES admin resend you your service books. Or try to do an Enterprise Activation again.

When you installed your DM. There was an option if it is BIS or BES. And it says that if you access your Outlook account through that PC you select BES. Do you remember what you select. Do you access your Outlook(Corporate) account from that PC?

Try to put your Outlook email address (your work email address) on that Account settings. Put a check mark first on Override Address then enter your email address.

I'm glad it worked. Make sure you uncheck "Override Address" again so it won't get deleted. Later!

interestingly enough, if you uncheck the box, the error returns and my email addy disapears from the account box. replacing the check and readding the email addy fixes it again.
