I would believe so. Issue is getting the WLM app to actually show up on your device. When I tried I could get it to install and it would show up on app list but not on actual home screen
If and only if you use oz messenger software found preinstalled on all tmo blackberrys and available as a free ota download through media net with att will you use messenger services wlm, yahoo, and aim will they use sms instead of data. Programs such as ramble, im+, and jive talk use data.
