    Weatherbug problem

    I subscribed to a 3 month subscription with weatherbug. They sent me the download and I downloaded it. Well when I installed it on my phone it says 3 day trial. I went to the activate and it said to type in my # and I typed in my phone # and that did not work. Then I tried to enter the reg # they supplied me with and it said that it is not a valid reg #.

    Does anyone else have weatherbug that may be able to help?

    I downloaded the free version - it was a little slow to download and had to restart the download - the 1st try hung in download before it even started.

    There's a warning on the download page that instructs the user to delete earlier versions BEFORE downloading the latest version - it also mentions a name change to go with the versions. Did any of that "earlier version" info apply to you? I realize that's not the problem you're having - just thought it might be relevant.

    I guess this is the free version - I have no msgs about trial periods.

    Did you solve your problem? Have you tried the free version? If you need reference to other weather programs to compare - let us know.
