new beta released 1.1.1
here is a new beta version v1.1.1
OTA install www.toysoft.ca/beta/VisualArts.jad
after install make sure all the permissions are set to ALLOW
- added enable/disable checkbox to turn on and off visual arts. check Enable to have VA change wallpaper
- added random checkbox. if you uncheck this then the pictures will be cycled and not randomly picked
- better performance with other apps. you should not notice much lag when using other apps
Visual Arts will automatically change the wall paper on the Home Screen on the Storm randomly or cycle thru from a picture folder.
You can assign a timer interval to change the picture from 5 seconds to 6 hours.
Optionally you can tell Visual Arts to change the wall paper whenever you turn on the Storm. You can also set pictures for Low and Good battery conditions. This is a good way to tell if the battery is low.
Digital Frame mode. Change pictures forever until you disable this mode. Great when you plug into the charge at the office.
- Daily Timer: change wallpaper by specifying a time during the day and VA will repeat for every day.

Any way that this will ever support changing the landscape wallpaper? It'd be nice to be able to use a different wallpaper in landscape mode (when it's locked) instead of the blue gradient...
I've got quite a few "sets" of wallpapers that would compliment eachother.
You have two ears, two eyes, and one mouth;
therefore, listen and observe twice as often as you speak.
I heard an application like this is not possible for the Bold.. shame.
Visual Arts doesnt display the wallpaper. It just sets the picture.
