Visual Arts will automatically change the wall paper on the Home Screen on the Storm randomly from a picture folder.

You can assign a timer interval to change the picture from 5 seconds to 6 hours.

Optionally you can tell Visual Arts to change the wall paper whenever you turn on the Storm. You can also set pictures for Low and Good battery conditions. This is a good way to tell if the battery is low.

here is the latest version 1.1 beta

2 after install run VA and select the picture folder because
there was an bug 3 goto the Timer screen turn on Digital Picture Frame if you want to cycle all the pictures. note that when this feature is on the BB will never turn off and will drain your battery if you dont turn of the feature manually. you will have to go back to VA and turn off digital picture frame

after install make sure all the permissions are set to ALLOW

- added enable/disable checkbox to turn on and off visual arts. check Enable to have VA change wallpaper

- added random checkbox. if you uncheck this then the pictures will be cycled and not randomly picked

- better performance with other apps. you should not notice much lag when using other apps

Digital Frame mode. Change pictures forever until you disable this mode. Great when you plug into the charge at the office.

Any way that this will ever support changing the landscape wallpaper? It'd be nice to be able to use a different wallpaper in landscape mode (when it's locked) instead of the blue gradient...

I've got quite a few "sets" of wallpapers that would compliment eachother.

Visual Arts doesnt display the wallpaper. It just sets the picture.

the HomeScreen does the display. The HomeScreen does not support Landscape wallpaper

correct. not until RIM release OS 4.7 for the Bold. when and if that ever happens.
