    About an hour agao I started getting msg saying "a problem occured....". Just wandering if anyone else is getting this? I have good EDGE coverage.

    Thanks for the quick reponses. I deleted and reinstalled. Everything working fine.

    Several of us got error messages today and have noticed issues for several weeks. I don't think a reinstall is a real fix, especially since Viigo had planned a much needed infrastructure upgrade last weekend that the day before was postponed to a future date.

    We’re live!

    We’re happy to report that the move to our new data centre is now complete, and that full service has been fully restored.

    Over the past few weeks, our existing servers have struggled to cope with the recent massive growth in subscribers. Our new server facility will scale far better with demand, and as a result, we’re looking forward to delivering a much enhanced user experience to you going forward.

    Stay tuned, this is just the beginning … new features and a number of exciting new services are on their way in the coming months.
