Viigo isn't working today. At least not for me. Are We waiting for the update? I have hit update all, and updat channel (while highlighting diff channels) to see if it was the channels that were broken or viigo---and I am thinking its viigo. Any ideas? Help? Or am I the only one?
Color---it's nothing but a hue of the rainbow...why do people place such importance in it?
Hey ItsNowOrNever - Can you try something for me: Manually close Viigo (Menu, Close, then click save all). Then from your BlackBerry home screen, reopen Viigo ensuring that you're in an area with coverage (ie. not on the subway or in the elevator).
It sounds like you may have a network connection that timed out - the instructions above should reset this for you.
If this doesn't work - feel free to PM me, and we can go through a more exhaustive problem solving analysis from there.
Had the same problem here and done as described above and working again.
I had the same issue for 2 days. Seems to be working now.
bayzbol44 - to get Viigo to work again, did you have to manually close, save all, then reopen?
No. It just all of a sudden worked about 10 mins before I posted. The other 2 nights I had tried all sorts of things, but the updates were not coming.
I just tried updating the channels manually, but it says "a problem occurred...". Last part says "Error Message: Permission denied". What does this mean?
Is Viigo updating their channels for everyone else?
Before I got this error msg I got some "http" message, but I am not sure what it said, because I was trying to close it down and I did something too quickly.
