    Viigo Beta memory usage

Has anyone who downloaded Viigo Beta had memory problems. It seems that since I downloaded the new beta version, my memory is going down lower than ever before with the previous full version release (pre-bata)?

What OS do you have? And yes the memory does go down. Not a big deal for me, I don't mind doing a reset once a day.

Well the only way is to get rid of it. It was mentioned that Viigo beta does lower your memory.

I downloaded the Viigo beta and it hung my 8320 almost immediately. As immediately, I deleted the beta and went back to the previous.

I really don't see that it lowers your memory that much. Well maybe it's because I removed my preloaded modules.

You could also be downloading to many articles from your RSS reader. I had to cut mine back to 25 per feed. and limit to 500 total.

Use this to check exactly where your memory is being used:

It has nothing to due with the OS you are using. I (and others) mentioned here before that viigo beta is a memory sucker. I deleted it and kept the current non-beta version. IMO there wasn't anything wrong with viigo the way it was and the beta version just isn't worth killing all or most of your memory.

The only problem w/that theory is that it is not happening to everyone, which could mean more...thx for input though.

I unloaded the beta version and put pinstak/viigo back and got a ton of memory back.
