    Viigo and send to email

So I'm really kind of confused as to the email feature in Viigo. Most of these feeds are formatted in HTML, and emailing them results in an almost incomprehensible email for the recipient, filled with code and not really legible. So what am I missing here? Sure my Bold can read html formatted emails (although I still hate the fact I have to download the images manually, why there isn't a feature to do it automatically is beyond me), but is anyone else able to send html formatted emails?

    checking

i'm not really familiar with how this function works, i'll try it now and let you know.
I'll also ask the developers and see what they have to say.

    Thumbs up

Wow so you work for Viigo. Hadn't seen your sig when I read your reply on my bb earlier, but I thought it was nice that someone was going to inquire with the developers on my behalf. Much appreciated!

    its a known bug

so as it turns out this is a weird and tricky bug ...
when you are in network coverage areas, the send to email works fine, but when you are out of coverage the email comes up with html tags ... its weird that this behavior is related to network coverage, but it has something to do with the BlackBerry internal APIs ... its a known bug and the dev team is working to fix it.

is this what's happening to you ?

    Lightbulb

Yep that's when I usually am using Viigo. I live in NYC, and take the subway everyday, so I tend to email myself the articles where I want to download something or read the full article, etc.

    So that explains it.

Makes sense, because other times they are formatted ok.

Thanks for looking into this for me!
