Using ONE (!) IM+ on TWO (!) devices...

sorry guys, no illegal license sharing requested....

I´m using two BlackBerry devices: a Pearl for private and a Curve for company purposes. I´d like to use my IM+ license on both devices, like during the work hours my Curve and on the weekends or in the evening my Pearl. That means, the License will be active onle on ONE device at a time.

Just like ICQ does. If you login on a different machine you will be disconnect from the machine where you´ve been logged in before.

    Is this possible ?

Just try installing it on both devices and enter your registration code and see what happens. I would doubt it will work but I dont have 2 BB's to try it myself.

Thats going to depend upon the IM+ license. I suspect you can't do it, but look at the license.

In JiveTalk, for example, you can get two different licenses, one that is tied to a device (PIN) and the other to a user. The user license is a little more expensive, but you could do it.

Hm, they told me to use the reset service when switching devices, just like you guys said. I think I have to check other ICQ-Clients (do not need GT on both devices). All other Services aren´t important right now.

Havn´t tried JiveTalk yet but thanks for the tip. Does the ICQ-Application frm RIM finally got to work ? Are there any other (maybe free) ICQ-Clients you can recommend ?

    P.S.
Seems I blwe my money.... JiveTalk seems to deliver the same service like IM+ but youre allowed to use it one several devices for less than the price of IM+

I´m going to buy a JT license I guess. Does anyone have a JiveTalk Coupon? for me ?? ;-)

Well, you already have the IM+ license...and that is a good one, so I don't think you blew your money. It does make sense to pick up the JT license for the other device though.

By the way, you can use JT for 30 days free before you have to buy it, so you can check it out. I'm not positive it does everything IM+ does, but its close. I know it doesn't have the myspace link for instance.

I did see a coupon for Pinstack members listed here somewhere for JT. I think it was PNSTK1, but I'm not positive.

Re: Using ONE (!) IM+ on TWO (!) devices...

Okay, finally I´m going to buy a Jive multi device license, since IM+ tells me to buy a SECOND license (with a 5% discount they offered....

I think I´m going to give up my IM+ license and get a new JiveTalk license - I like thier application better.

Is anyone interested in taking over my IM+ license ?

    Thumbs up IM+ License

I really like this IM+, Easy to use and i doesn't use up much data to use.

I have two copies of IM+ license.
One for my blackberry and one for my sister's.

We're both moving over to a PDA phone which has MSN installed.

If you are interested in getting IM+ license, i can transfer my account to you for
    $35 each.

There's only 2 license. Its a legit license.
