I hadn't heard of any other ways to get TV listings on a BlackBerry until today, but I made this page to get a quick glance at what's on TV right now:

Handmark.com has an application (forgot the name of it) that is a tv listings application.

Keep searching, Im sure you can find something. Ive seen RSS tv listings. Those are free. Never used 'em though. Gist.com has something, check it out. Im still searching...Ill let you know.
