    CDMA Support

For all you users on a CDMA network, I'm afraid I do not have good news. I confirmed that at the current time it is not possible to use this program for sending.

RIM has not implemented sending SMS through CDMA with 3rd party applications.

I do not have an ETA of when they might provide such a function.

    So sorry.

seriously. if you want high speed internet you have to have a SLOW device. 8330 is slower than all other 83*0 devices... and the 8320 is slow! txting is SUCH an important component of my phone that I'm on the verge of jumping ship to a stupid iPhone until they hammer out the flaws and figure out that their judgment on the BB msgr is the CORRECT way to do txt messaging. Manufactures are ALWAYS f*cking us in SOME way. They INSIST on pretending to be unaware of our urgent needs... Who doesn't know threaded is better that has used it? Since they HAVE used it ... they're just being dlcks about not implementing it. I HATE that I have no good options.

iPhone = break-easy glass screen, and I prefer keys instead of touch.
Nokia = SLOW, and many layers to dig through to find things.
win-mobile = flat out sucks, does NOTHING well/easy.
Palm = like I have to itemize??

I feel the same way. When I got my Curve, I soon became disappointed with the SMS portion of the software. I looked for an alternative that would give it an AIM style window, but nothing is available.

I got pretty excited when I saw this, but sadly CDMA uses can't use it. Since I use my phone 99% of the time for SMS messages, I'm tempted to sell the phone and try the Instinct or something. Very disappointing.
