Seems neat, but is appears to be more like uploaded recorded videos to the website. Am I wrong on that, meaning is it real time streaming from the End User and live viewing from someone on a computer?

from the description on their website it seems like you're taking video and uploading it to the site, doesn't actually seem like it's actually live streaming...

I just signed up, installed and testing the streaming video and it works GREAT over WiFi, haven't tried EDGE yet, but it is REAL LIVE streaming video and it does get recorded as well for future playback if you would like. Very Nice! A+

    **EDIT**
Tested over EDGE, it is still live, but obviously very sluggish on the viewing end, but overall still works!

It is a "LIVE" stream, not an upload.

I went to download the app and there are two, Live and Social. What to do?

So it is live streaming then, this could be really cool.
I wonder if it works for the 8130 as well.

The "Social Suite" is very slow and laggy, and has soft buttons that look like they are laid out for a Nokia screen. Also, it wouldn't take my numeric password, so I had to change it to an alpha password. Maybe they got the download links mixed up? Otherwise, this is fantastic.

downloaded it to my 8130 on Verizon network. Says

"Error starting 'Next2Friends_Live' does not match codfile timestamp of sibling module"

I was trying the OTA link, gonna try the download and load it to my pearl to see if it works.

Just a heads up for the Verizon users

The reason for that (according to next2Friends) is because "blackberrys are generally slower devices" but also because they use their own custom UI libs which causes some of it, they are considering re-doing it with the standard UI, but no word on when that will be.

As for the numeric in password, I have letters and numbers in mine, worked just fine, but you have to do it slow and wait for it to take it in before going to the next letter/number.
