So typical, verizon will forever keep us one peg down...anyone else having battery issues with 8130? I swear this thing dies on its own...something is drainning my power,and i've even made sure that my screen settings are to 10 second backlight and 10 percent back light. so frustrating

These would be using data, so yes. Becareful 6mb isn't a lot.

o gosh, thats not good at all then! i gues with the 6mb (£15) i am really limitied just to email only then.

vodafone do this add-on which is 120mb for £7.50 ontop of the 15 quid. i am told this one is for browsing, which then becomes alot of bluddy money...how depressing...i may have to cancel

I'm on Tmobile with BB Pearl (8100). These work just fine. Thanks for the great find.
If someone is heavy into IMing and uses multiple IM networks, then JiveTalk may be worth the extra money since it has a nice, consistent interface (for switching between conversations) and is conservative with bandwidth (good for limited data accounts and better battery life when connected to multiple IM networks simultaneously).
