    hi guys
something strange is happening with my curve
i want to delete the accuweather application that was transferred from a blackberry bold after a switch device process with DM

the problem is i can't find the application anywhere to delete it
it is not under options/advanced options/applications and when i connect it to the DM i cant find it either

however the wheather icon is on my dektop and works properly!!

how can i get rid of it???
i know i can hide it but i just want to delete it because it is annoying

have in mind that there is no delete option when i highlight the icon and press menu

    thanks in advance

Does it show when you go to options...applications, hit menu, show modules?

You're not going to be able to delete an app by clicking on it. Try to see if it shows under modules, like jfcooley said.

You need to go to the mobile.blackberry.com site and go back to where you found the weather app and there should be an option to unsubscribe. It may take a day for it to go away but it will once you unsubscribe

The push weather from RIM just pushes updates to your device, no modules are installed. You should see a service book for it which you can delete, but until you unsubscribe it will come back each time you do a battery pull/reboot. Hope this helps.
