    i'm piling up quite a nice list o premium apps on my berry.i was just wondering ...when i upgrade to a new phone(it's a crime to carry the same device for more than a year)can i use those apps on my new berry or will they only work with the original pin?

    Most of us developers use the PIN to generate a registration key. While some companies allow you to transfer licenses to a new pin, many do not. In short it depends on the publisher as to whether you will need to buy a new license or not.

    i have some apps on my phone. used a 7290 first, then pearl and now curve. transferring licenses was no problem with my apps.

    I keep telling my hubby this but he does not believe me! LOL

    I am debting on the BOLD; I got my Curve in Nov and love it so I am not sure if I want to upgrade.
