"Portable" means that you can run it on PC without having to install the app with shared DLLs and registry entries. It has nothing to do with BB. There are many good free and commercial IM clients. Just search.

That's the language the native Hawai'ians speak.

    wiki explains it as:

A pidgin is a simplified language that develops as a means of communication between two or more groups that do not have a language in common, in situations such as trade. Pidgins are not the native language of any speech community, but are instead learned as second languages.[1][2] Pidgins usually have low prestige with respect to other languages.[3]
Not all simplified or "broken" forms of language are pidgins (Patois). Pidgins have their own norms of usage which must be learned to speak the pidgin well.[4]

But in this scenario i think its a chat program?!

Pidgin is an IM client popular on Linux. And I saw it somewhere online as a mobile app, which is why I asked about it

Yeah Pidgin is just a desktop app with the portable version that can run on flash drives or school computers.
