I had the same problem. If you read about the program on the home page of phonefusion, it says so far the voicemail program is only working on windows software at the moment -

I got it the first day Hayden posted it and it works fine on my curve....just follow the instructions on the site to activate it. Its real kool.
This is my Blackberry. There are many like it, but this one is mine. Without me my Blackberry is useless. Without my Blackberry I am useless.

I have been working with Customer Support for four days, removed and reinstalled the software three times on my 8830 and it still does not work. I have since cancelled the service.

honestly i love the app, its funny though, i thought this service converted the actual voice, mail to the likes of something like a text (sms) message, but honestly i still love the fact that it works on my Bold, didn't think it would... nice app.

I use YouMail, but it is just for your cell phone voicemail. PhoneFusion incorporates ALL of your voicemails into one central location (home, cell, work, etc.).
