| Personal Budgeting Software for Bold?
Hey everyone, what I'm after is actually more of a budget oriented application as opposed to a spending tracker or persoanl chequebook. I have tried out Ascendo Money but (unless I missed something) it doesn't seem to offer much In terms of budget management...it seems to be mainly a chequebook style app used to track spending. I have typically just used an excel spreadsheet for my family budget that I do up bi-weekly but I was hoping to find something a little more exclusive to the BlackBerry scene that I could get more functional use out of. Anyone who has tried navigating through a decent sized spreadsheet in documents to go knows that its far from fluid or user friendly. Is there anything out there along the same calibre as Ascendo Money designed for budget management or am I out of luck? |

I used to do the same for grocery lists but I find using my berry SO much more convenient. I'm really hoping there's something out there but if not I will continue using excel. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ |

I believe there is but I forgot the name of it... bump to get an answer... If I also remember correctly, you have to pay for the program. |

| I'm fine paying for something if it'll do what I want and is fairly user friendly.

I just checked through Handago Inhand and found SplashMoney, it's advertised as being budget oriented software as well as other things and I'm curious to try it. Only problem is there's no free trial that I can see and I don't wanna pay $30 for something I might not like. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ |

Try going to their PC webpage I've noticed a lot of times they don't have a free trial on In-Hand but do on the PC page. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ |

| Found a trial on their site, gonna compare ascendo and splash money over the next week or so and see if one of them will suit me more.

I dunno, the more I use both apps the more I'm thinking I should just stick with my current excel spreadsheet. Thx for the help though guys, very much appreciated. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ |

Well, I got the wrong idea of what you need. I didn't see an application intended for what you want. I had one in Palm days but as it wasn't my main use I replaced the other functionality with JabpLite that is mainly an expenses tracking application.
