Anyone have any idea why i can,t get my dm to recognize the app for peekaboo.jad i have no problems with any other apps.

desktop manager only recognizes .alx files

move the .jad to your media card (on your phone) and go to media then hit menu and "explore" find the .jad and hit menu and "download" it should then install the program

also make sure that if there are any corresponding .cod files they are on your media card as well, in the same folder as the .jad

Can't get it to the phone every time i try to ota it i get an enterprise503 message. Sorry to be a pain but new to bb@new to pinstack love the site gotten more help @tips here than anywhere, any other ideas on how i can get this app?

Hmmm..its not a zip file is it? Because that's happened to me. If its on your pc desktop try click on file and then unzip it and save it then try to load it via aplication loader. It worked for me. I had to unzip it before it would show up.

no its showing as a jad file and my dm wont recognize cause its not a zip but yet the site had 2 ways of downloading ota and reg download

If you can, get the zip. If the jad was for an OTA you are going to need the corresponding .jar file or .cod files.

If all you have is the .jad you won't be able to make it work.
Get the .zip and load the .alx file through DM. That will work for sure.

finaly got it to load ota thanks to your help, only problem is its no faster on the 8130 than doing it manualy we live and learn i guess. thanks again for your help
