Tell us what you did in case it happens to someone else. Was it as simple as reinstalling your OS?~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

I don't think reinstalling the OS will fix this. Actualy, I'm positive it won't. What were the themes? Ill help find them for you.

Wait, sorry. Are you talking about the BB dimension themes and the carrier one or custom themes?

It was the BB themes that came with the phone. All you have to do is open desktop manager, applications and update applications and it will replace anything you deleted off the original os.

That usually doesn't hit the vendor themes.

How were the themes deleted? You should be able to go back through the same process to get then back. Deleted from modules? Removed be editing the blackberry.xml file?

I used a program called maxmem to delete the preinstalled themes and voice dialing to free up some space. I also deleted preinstalled pics that I couldn't before. The only thing is that if you delete any of the themes on 4.5 then any aftermarket 4.5 theme won't work no matter what it is. I could do that on the 4.3 os and still keep my icon theme as long as I didn't delete the preinstalled icon theme.

Yes, many aftermarket themes depend on stock themes to run. Actually reinstalling the os may not be a bad idea. If you install the same version it will still ask for an upgrade but will install the missing things from the BB. You could use javaloader to install them manually, but you have to have the os installed on your computer.
