~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~hi to all, well I have a black 8100 pearl from T-Mobile and it came with the I'm program included. I took a look at the service books and are two that might be related (not sure) they are: BBFS1 and BBFS2

What a shame this won't work. I downloaded it with no problem, and sent the service books too. I still get the same error. I'm with Cingular... Any Cingular customers get it to work?

Dude, that's so messed up of RIM not to support us. Dear customer, thanks for buying our product and downloading a program we JUST released, sorry it doesn't work, but it's not our problem. Try contacting your provider, I'm sure they have NO idea what you're talking about. Thanks again for spending several hundred dollars on our products and services.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Re: AIM and ICQ fro Blackberry Officially Released!

So I decided I'd go with the flow and see about getting service books from Verizon, they have no idea the app was even released. They also informed me that they don't support third party apps anyways. Looks like we are in a catch 22 here. Thank you RIM for releasing software that you won't provide support for.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
