For a start, Opera Software are well past version two - the current version is 4.0, with 4.1 currently in public beta... Secondly, what error message are you actually getting? It makes it hard to help you if we don't know what the problem is - there are at least a dozen different error messages you could be getting! Finally, are you downloading the software from the correct URL (address)?
