Need help with DTG!!

Can someone tell me if Dataviz is having holidays now in their country now??

I actually purchase DTG premium on 31st Dec and a lady by the name of Jennifer confirmed my purchase and saying that I will receive a confirmation email within a day but it's already the fifth day and there's still no email!
I also sent her so many emails but there's totally no response at all!

Does anyone knows them? Or can anyone call them on the cell??

most companies are closed on saturday and sunday and my best guess would be that a lot of companies also closed this past friday (seeing as NYD was thursday)

did you make sure the email didn't go to your spam box?

Yeah I did check my spam box though.
But NYD has already passed so I reckoned most companies should've started work, right?
