Is this different from Mobiscope Easy home surveillance?
Or an upgrade? I have and used Version 2.3 (build 68)
Needed to get a replacement 8330 Curve again, so I got a New pin and it's in my profile... Got 8330m now!

Eddie, this is an update. The current version is 2.4. You can update at
    http://www.mobiscope.com/
Don't forget to update both parts: Mobiscope Client and Mobiscope Desktop. They should have the same version number always.

    Thanks,
Just did the upgrade and everything went ok.
But when I click and sign into Mobiscope Web Service 2.4,
I get a message saying I'm using trail mode and asking me to purchase a license.
Why do I get this message?
Needed to get a replacement 8330 Curve again, so I got a New pin and it's in my profile... Got 8330m now!

As you did an upgrade of the application, the new version asks you to register. You have to enter the license code you have purchased before. If you forgot your license please use our License Reminder.

When I upgrade it didn't ask for me to register. And I just
checked there is no place to register.
And when I go to help>about looks like it's registered.
But when I go to Mobiscope Web service and click on register
and put in my license I get this message
    >>>Registration key is unknown (reason #1). Please specify another registration key. If you have any problems during registration you can contact support@mobiscope.com<<<

    Eddie,

I am very sorry, I missed that you were talking about Mobiscope Web service.
Mobiscope Web is an independent product. It requires its own license code. Still you can try it in trial period.

OK, I'm a little confused. I downloaded the upgrade to my 8310 and installed it with DM. When I start the application, it says it is version 1.7, but on the list of installed apps on DM it says version 2.4. Even in the list of apps on the device it says 2.4. Am I missing something here?

    Hello gregski,

Please specify where you downloaded the update from?
Does the application itself show the 1.7 version, meaning the first screen when the app is starting or About section in Menu?
Be so kind as to uninstall the software and then download it again and inform us about the progress.

Detman101, it's always up to you what applications to use.
Mobiscope is a commercial software. We offer high quality services as you have noticed, free updates (all future improvements and added features) and custom support.

Very true. Was there a solution for that user that downloaded a secondary component and lost access to his primary component?

I have to admit that the Mobiscope product is high quality.
What's the monthly fee like? Does it support multiple cameras?

DOh....nevermind, I'll just stop being lazy and take a trip to the website hehe.
