    You downloaded the application?

I signed-up as soon as they announced the beta, and still haven't heard from them as to where I can download it from...

The ONLY thing I've heard from them is I got an e-mail the day after signing-up telling me to sign-up for the beta!

    Not impressed, not at all.

miutunes.com/beta from the BB. Enter your username and password you created when you signed up and click the link to download the files.

It seems my original registration didn't go through the first time, 'cause I registered with the same e-mail address a second time and I didn't see any error messages...

Just having a play around with it now and seems pretty good now, though I'm still trying to get a few things working, such the album artwork (it can never find it).

Just prepare to wait an hour or so if you have a lot of music for miutunes to put your songs into its library. Let me know if this helps! It did for me!
I loaded 2 GB of music in under 5 minutes.

Yeah same thing here, I have emailed the engineers of this program but no response yet, I listen to a lot of techno albums, some are underground very hard to get public album work, wish there was a way to select the album art work right from the memory card

I don't belive the developer is offering one-to-one technical support at this stage, largely because the application is still in beta.

Once it comes out of beta, they'll almost certainly start offering technical support on a one-to-one basis, but for now, PinStack and related forums are going to be your best bet for one-to-one technical support...

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
I downloaded the program a few days ago, got a response right away for signing up. I have a 2 gig card and it got all my music in just a few minutes. Haven't been able to play with it yet. Will be doing that today while working on cleaning my van.

Moving everything over to the blackberry music directory worked perfectly, but I don't like it that there is no option for downloading ablum art like Flipside has.

    So far advantage Flipside.

MiuTunes DOES have the ability to download track/album artwork OTA (over-the-air; wirelessly), but I have not been able to get it to work to date:

    1. Find the track or album for which you require artwork.
    2. Hit "Sym" (the symbol key).
    3. Scroll up until there is a blue box around the artwork section on the left of the "Song Info" dialog box (you'll probably see a single music note in the middle of the artwork section).
    4. Click your trackball.

Theoretically MiuTunes should then download the missing track/album artwork, though as I said, I have not been able to get it to work to date...

Make sure that Advanced Options are configured correctly to support this:
    1. Download artwork: Allow;
    2. Artwork not found: Show; and
    3. Open web link: Allow.

Mine entered manually, I had MP3's that I uploaded to iTunes, I personally made artwork using Photoshop because iTunes couldn't locate it, I saved the artwork to the albums (of the MP3's) using iTunes. Then after copy pasting those very MP3's from the My Music folder to my SD card, MiuTunes was able to read the artwork off the MP3's....So my own artwork was displayed it's pretty sweet.
