USBMIS is going to put the Sanford Guide and Tarascon on the Blackberry. I think they are going to somehow link the two apps together. They will have a live webcast 9/5/06 12:00 on Blackberry's website. resourcecenter.blackberry.com/index.php?cp=0&page=details&eventSelected=353

I am a paramedic and have not found any useful apps yet. Most apps for pre-hospital or medical are made for the ppc. I would love some.

Lexi-Comp (makers of Lexi-Drug reference book) is in the final stage of beta testing their software. I have used their Lexi-Complete in my Treo 650 before and now am beta testing the BB version in my 8100. Everything looks good...I hope they will launch the final product soon.

Pepid.com makes various products for the blackberry (Emergency medicine, EMS, nursing, primary care) which are a reference and a drug database combined. I've been a fan of their stuff since I was a treo user, and took the plunge to the Pearl largely because I could use their references on it. Works great... Most of their products have a free 30 day trial, too.
