Me too...and see how Mapquest has changed since I used it a few times via p-c. No disrespect but Mapquest used to give some really goofy directions - in fairness, all the map programs used to....

Just installed it on my Bold. I'm home with an excellent Wi-Fi connection and at least 3 bars of 3G signal, but all I get - with or without the Wi-Fi - is a Network Error. Unfortunately, either it works, or your out. There's no option to manually configure your connection. Guess they think users are just too stupid to understand what to do!

I have well over 20 apps installed, and they all work fine - including Google Maps and BlackBerry Maps. Don't really need this, and was underwhelmed with their last iteration.

Well, this beta has been around since sept and they still don't have it right. Features don't work as described in their help section and the maps are not up to date. My house has been here for 8 years now and mapquest still does not show the proper roads to get to my house and the road they do show is not even a road, it's a wash

BBmaps and google maps are up to date so I will stick with them, was worth a shot though

Too bad. I can't say I'm surprised based on my prior experience with Mapquest as mentioned above, I quit using ithe p-c version a LONG time ago. I guess they haven't gotten "the message" yet. If you're gonna be competitive, you've got to compete! Maybe they should submit for a beta test and ask for some feedback - some of the problems suggestion that they haven't actually used this thing mobile.

At least my house is on the map...almost in the right place and that's the satellite view!

(...and could they make that font in the enter address field any smaller? I can still barely read it!!!) <-- that's sarcasm in case you don't recognize it.

AM sorry but I am going to stick with Gmaps. Map quest sucks in so many levels. They have a long way to go to be were gmaps is right now. They can keep it.

... I was excited for this until I read the opinions. I'm gonna try it out anyways, but there goes all my hope.
