you gotta send in an email to be accepted into the beta, send your BB model, OS number, PIN, carrier, and whether you're on BES or BIS to info@beejive.com. they normally get back to you in 2 or 3 days but if they don't just send the mail again, they might have missed the 1st one. cheers!

I don't remember sending that stuff to them, but maybe I did way back when I joined in.

Go to Options/About for your OS and Options/Status for your PIN.

your not even gonna find that software in a warez site.

support the people who brought this program to the blackberry. it's well worth it.

    Re: Jive Talk

JiveTalk is a 30-day free trial. After that you must pay the $20 one time fee or $30. I'd pay $30 if you ever plan on getting a new phone and don't want to have to pay for the software again.

Once your 30 days is up or even before- go to Register, and it will set you up on how to pay.

    Re: Jive Talk

ok but, the iphone users are getting it for free, why blackberry users have to pay for every app???? If u keep paying the apps they would continue charging it, let start using free apps so they move all to the free ZONe. i admit that Jivetalk is great but they are getting of me no more than the free trial... Im using EQO is free and have the sames features and a few more ... u all should try it...

I understand your frustration. I too am allergic to paying for apps wehn I can get them for free somewhere else.
But after trying the jivetalk program I was blown away by it. A lot of work has gone into it. This is the ONLY app, and might be the only app I pay for.
As for the iphone users, they don't have a native jivetalk app. Its web based, so in order to use it, they must always have the browser running on that website.
They don't have the flexibility we do

    Re: Jive Talk

There are 2 apps for BB that are well worth the $, JiveTalk and Empower Mail Viewer. Those are the only two that I've paid for and haven't been disappointed. All the others just simply weren't worth it for me after a trial period and I found free alternatives. But JT and EMV are great products. You should support the developers that made them as they have truly put in a lot of work to make it such a great product.
