Installing Fonts on Blackberry Curve 8320

Hello,

My friend uses a Blackberry Pearl and he has BB Alpha font, which is not listed on my Blackberry Curve 8320. Is there a way to install this font on my Blackberry Curve? It is the clearest font I have ever seen on a Blackberry or PDA device.

Fonts are controlled via themes, or the OS. Does your friend have the 4.5 OS? I think that is when the font was added.

You will have to update your BB to get it probably. Just keep in mind updating your BB comes with it's own risks. Especially with the new OS that's out. Since you have a 8320 I'm not sure if all the the functions like UMA calling WiFi are fully functional.

Just research it a little before you decide to. Make sure it's something you want to do just for a FONT.
