    The application just hangs. I can access the rest of my phone, but it never actually loads the phonebook. I left it running for quite some time (about and hour), hoping if would load but it never did. I just did a battery pull to get out of it.

    Although I can just send one if I type in the number, if that helps.

    I have around 200 contacts on my 8100.

    It happenms when i am idle. i will go back into the client and it will show me disconnected

    Enter the Dialog Options from within a conversation by selecting Change Text Color from the menu. You are not prompted with a dialog to Save, Discard or Cancel upon exit after making changes. The Escape button exits from the options without a prompt.

    I think something like that would be a good idea. I don't need a one button shortcut but would at least like the Close Dialog option in the menu in the conversation list screen instead of just in the individual conversation screen.

    One thing that I think is great is the option to turn on/off notifications for the current conversation. Great option!

    I have had no problems at all with this app. I installed it and it loaded everything right away. I just wish I could change the notifying sounds. And its a little annoying when I'm using another app and someone signs on and it automatically goes into im+

    You can change your notification sound in Settings->Notifications. I think the other setting you are looking for is "When IM Arrives" and is in the same place.

    Here's one:
    At least in the Notifcations settings, Custom sounds are not muted when the Volume is set to Mute. It is quieter than the Low setting but it is definitely not muted.

    to change the sounds go to menu from home screen and then settings - you'll see the sound settings for all contact and set contacts

    you can turn off the notifications when someone signs on. from the settings page

    I'm not sure about the signal indicator. I realize that it is only four bars but I've never seen it go above three bars even when I have 5 bars according to my home screen. Is a 5 bar indicator that corresponds directly to the actually signal indicator out of the question?

    In order to troubleshoot your problem we need to get logs from your Blackberry.
    In IM+ select "Support" / "Send request".

    I got disconnected in the middle of typing a message to a Yahoo contact. No problem here as this was the first time I got disconnected but I could never get out of the "Warning - Cannot send a message. The service got disconnected" dialog box. The program just froze and I was unable to click "OK" or even use the Application Switcher to get out of the app. Eventually I got a "the process has been terminated...unresponding" exception message.

    This may be only a one time thing as this was the first time that I have been disconnected but I'll certainly report if it happens again.
