This seems to be all profiles; but, again, this is in the settings.

Hi Victoria, sorry to take so long to get back on this. I just tried it again (twice), making sure that I had the +1 in front of the number and it still comes up with with the same error as before (Error: Wrong number).

I even tried with just a 1 (no +) in case that made a difference, but still had the exact same issue.

Anything else I can try?

Over the last couple days connecting to the myspace messenger and also yahoo through the implus is getting difficult. While online I get a msg that says connection broken, and it takes a very long time to connect. I run on the EDGE network so there shouldn't be a network error.

Right, that's what their website says, 5.0.9...I don't understand their announcement.

Make sure that you do not use spaces in phone number.

I have 5.2 but I don't see the Shortcut for Mute Sounds.

peterme, please start IM+, go to Settings -> Shortcuts. Check Enable Shortcuts.
By default the Shortcut for Sound ON/Off is L SHIFT+M
You can see all other Shortcuts there, you can set your own Shortcuts for listed functions.
