I am in Dubai and for the life of me I cannot get OPERA to work. Have done all the settings from the operator and still NADA???? Also, where do u put in the Gateway IP and Port on the 8800?

Is there any info on Etisalat????

I have BB Pearl/trying to run mini opera. Having same problems

I'm on movistar in ecuador and no-one here seems to be able to get programs to connect via TCP, i don't know if they are port blocking but anyway, my question is

Is it possible to configure opera mini to connect via BIS instead of TCP, all programs that connect via BIS work fine you see.

From the APN link in Post 1 of this thread, Spain Telefonica (Movistar) - movistar.es Don't know if that will help but try it.
