How do I get blip to work

I have a blackberry pearl 8130. I have downloaded the blip app but I cannot seem to get it to work from my phone. I cannot get it track my location or add friends. Basically I can't use anything within the program.

The Pearls Dont Have GPS so it dont work with them...I Had The Same Problem
