At your computer you will get a Removable Disk at My computer, browse it.
Now copy the downloaded JAR / JAD files into the memory card.
Then disconnect the phone from the computer, at the phone press menu button and choose: Remove Media Card (at options, advaced, media card). Press menu again and choose "install Media card.

Now you need to browse to your DLed files at your phone.
Use media manager, browse to the JAR / JAD file, select it and you should get a install option.

Hope this helps you
I do ALL fo this and then it says dowload failed... Y am I getting this message? *sigh* maybe b/c my 8320 just isn't ment to have a hello kitty theme...

Please help if u can?

If you can't figure it out, send me the Jar and Jad files and I'll recompile them for you.
