    Don't just love it when you PAY for a product - it DOES NOT WORK and then you get the lovely process of emailing them only to find out their customer policy is TWO DAYS OUT!!!

    It comes in a sneaky little email after you've purchased from them

    Oh, yea - they also charge you $4.00 for "access to your own data"

    I do believe the Key comes in the email they send you, does it not?

    Yes, it does, and it is IDENTICAL to the one that I've hidden here.

    Bluntly, it doesn't work.

    They want their money immediately upon registration. I sort of expect the same - the product to work.

    My clients do, I have to full-fill there wishes, not tell them "oh, send me an email, and we will get back to you in a couple of days."

    Now if they want to refund my money until it works, thath's fine - quid-pro-quo. But otherwise . . . a goog contracts attorney can push it to the point of wire theft.


    This has nothing to do with their "trial" situation which is something differrent.

    I had the same issue, this is because Ascendo uses two separate keys, the one on the top is the BB one, the one in the text (details) of the email is the desktop one.
    Took me a while to find out (by reading Ascendo's FAQ on their website).

    Check the detailed email you got from Handango, on the text-section (it hides inside) and not on the top area with the stand-alone key.

    Yep!

    You are correct and I ADMIT I WAS WRONG.

    I still think the "two days to get back" is pretty crappy.

    I will NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN - I'd rather pay a higher price for service that I can get ahold of.

    Just an email address is insufficient. Because I found them through here, I just expected a little better.

    don't worry about it, I did not find it either and it took me a day to get to their FAQ, I typically don't even read the handango emails, I just file them and use the code from the website.
