    Got BlackBerry Pearl Replaced, Applications Need to Be Re-Registered??

    I got a replacement Pearl and everythnig transferred over. I finally downloaded all of my applications that I bought and changed my PIN # on Handango.com and for some reason I am still having issues with the registration with:

    - TrackIt! Expense Edition
    - JiveTalk
    - BerryAlerts
    - Empower InstaSpell
    - Empower HTML Email Viewer

    Anyone know how to get these re-registered?

    You may need to contact each vendor individually are request they register your new PIN.

    you best bet would be to be patient for 24 hrs wile handango updates their system, if that doesn't sort out your problem contact handango
    I am assuming that you have made sure that the software was transferable, I know for sure some developers limit the authorization to one device, EVER

    I recently had the same problem. If you email the support department giving them your new pin and if you have your old pin they will send you a new registration number. I had no problem at all. Only a few took longer then a day or 2. The rest responded with in hours

    Did you buy a multiple-device licence, or a single-device licence from BeeJive?

    Contact BeeJive, they may (at their discretion) issue you with a new key if you only bought a single-device licence, depending on your circumstances...

    This doesn't matter - the software still comes from individual developers... Handango is merely the store that sells the software.

    Handhango have SOME capabilities with regards to software licences, but ultimately technical support falls back on the software developer...
