    anybody else using "super poke" and not getting notifications? I have all boxes checked for notifications and I'm not receiving them. Any help is much appreciated.

    dont think the phone can show 3rd party app notifications.. just the main facebook ones

    I searched, but came up with nothin.....

    Has anyone seen or heard any news about an update for this app? (Beyond 1.0.0.18)

    It's kind of annoying to see everyone's facebook status coming up incorrectly since the site got rid of the "is" prefix.

    If not, does anyone know where we could start to voice a desire to get the app updated?

    how do i locate & what is the handheld key store on my device. when i try to access the Facebook app it asks for that

    It may be saying that your permissions for the application aren't sufficient. Try this:
    1. Options -> Advanced -> Applications
    2. Highlight Facebook and press your BlackBerry menu key
    3. Select Edit Permissions
    4. Expand User Data (Highlight it -> Press menu key -> Expand)
    5. Make sure Key Store and Key Store Medium Security are set to Allow
    A slightly easier method instead of steps 4 and 5 is just click User Data and select Allow

    Thx. I just checked and all the settings in User Data are set to Allow

    Hi,

    I had the facebook app on my curve 8310 and it worked fine. Then I had to get my handset exchanged and now when I try to log in it says

    "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. Please contact your service provider for additional information or to upgrade your current service plan."


    I am on t-mob uk and have the Blackberry service and W'n'W max so dunno whats up.
    My software version is v4.2.2.181 and was the same as my previous curve.

    Can anyone help??

    Yea I got it sorted.

    For some reason the Web'n'Walk SOC was removed from my account. I went through to technical and they fixed it.
