**** well ive been tring to download apps all day .....dont know what im doing wrong......can anyone give me some dummy proof instructions

What are you trying to download exactly? What browser are you using? Do you have a data plan?

Can you be more specific? Are you trying to download apps straight to your BB from the web? If so they must be OTA (over-the-air) apps. Apps that can be installed straight to BB from the web, your SD,etc have .jad and .jar file extensions. There are many sites including the stack that have apps that can be installed OTA. You can download apps that fequire Desktop Manager too, just can't install them without actually using Desktop Manager.

just tring to download random stuff. like games and screensavers keep getting invalid manifist when i use the phone, and when im on the pooter it says there is an XML syntax error
