This is the only app that I know of that blocked calls.
It came out a while ago as a trial. Not sure if still active.

Try this, it works for me. Go to the message list or call log. Add the "unkown" to you address book. Then go to profiles and add an exception for the "unkown" contact. Set the use profile to quiet. Then save. If an unknown call comes to your phone it will not vib or ring. However, it stills shows up in the call log and messages. I do this for several numbers of spam callers. Good luck.

I use the application that you are referring to "Black & White List 1.5".
You can block "Unknown & Private" callers. You can also Block anyone in your
address book. It will send them to VM, busy signal or just disconnect on the first
ring. The caller hears one ring and then VM, hang up or busy signal...Its a GREAT application.
    Give it a try!

I just installed that app, you can use a "limited" version for free and not register it. But you can only block calls to go to voicemail after the first ring. I've got "hidden" numbers enabled and that's it. But you can add any number in your address book as well. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Try YouMail.com. You have the option to "ditch" unwanted callers that have blocked or unknown numbers. You can also set up personal greetings for each caller. And its free.
