| Blackberry Twitter Application
I'm still unsure which app to use, and we don't have a ton to choose from, but here are a few. I'm also not sold on Twitter, as it seems like a very narcissistic tool, but I'll give it a shot. Feel free to add to the list and talk about your favorite twitter app. Yatca - get tweets in your BB inbox(currently need 4.6 os) - http://yatca.wordpress.com/ Twitterberry - most commonly used and easy interface but not much customizing - http://www.orangatame.com/products/twitterberry/ SocialScope - www.socialscope.net - Have to request a download and it could take a while. Good site on the app's features. http://www.blackberrycool.com/2009/0...-free-invites/ Twibble - can add GPS location to tweets - http://www.twibble.de/ TinyTwitter - Quite basic but more options to customize - http://www.tinytwitter.com/ Twitter Mobile - As basic as it gets - m.twitter.com *iskoot Notifier & Kalaida...still hasn't released a BB version, but worth mentioning to keep an eye on. http://www.iskoot.com/ |

Do Twitterberry work on the 4.5 os. Cause on the website to download it says 4.2.1 ~via smartphone mobile.pinstack.com~ |

Still not sure. I downloaded twibble and it seems like a decent app but when I try to "twibble" it stalls out. I figure twitter will be good for me so I can follow my favorite websites, but "tweets" seem really annoying to me. I don't care that you're "sitting in a starbucks right now" or "hating this weather!". I'll give it a shot for a few weeks and will follow my favorite websites but I'm not sure I'm going to jump on this bandwagon.

| Yes, but apparently, if you had twitterberry on your phone prior to upgrading to 4.5, then you'll have to reinstall twitterberry.

I'm still pretty frustrated with Twibble. It could be much better than Twitterberry, but it's unreliable and can't seem to post pics or do location correctly.

i had been on twitterberry for a while, but just switched over to yatca... love the fact that everything's in the inbox... and i can reply from right there... still playing with it so not entirely sure what all it has to offer... |

Unfortunately I can't use Yatca cause of 4.6. I guess I'll wait for SocialScope, though I hear they're not handing out invites anymore. So far, not pleased with Twitterberry or Twibble.

New update.... TinyTwitter is the best app of the three. Location/Pictures/Updates...all easy. Twibble has the same user functions but is not nearly as easy to use. Twitterberry is just way too basic. I deleted Twitterberry and Twibble from my phone cause TinyTwitter is far better. |
