Cool, ya its much simpler now imo... Use the java loader icon and the save icon. Tell mcp to retrieve a list of installed apps. Check the apps you want to save as cod files. Boom, done! ![]() ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ |

can anyone confirm this for me... if you use the factory reset button on the java loader page to send the "resettofactory" command... does it actually remove the IT policy? please make a backup first. let me know asap. thanks! |

i updated most of the help pages to reflect changes up to 0.9.2.0 beta 3 http://mcp.sodpit.com/help/ i'm sure there are still some inconsistencies though. |

Not too sure myself, Guess it's time to do a little research..... ![]() Thanks sgt! I'll play around and let you guys know. I doubt it'll work though, kind of equates to piracy since I'm taking apps from one device (even though I paid for them) and trying to put them on another. |

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ Initial research shows me that Symbian uses .JAR/.JAD for its Java apps. But you have to hack the OS to get access to hidden files on the phone (like Games for instance) which apparently makes the phone very succeptable to malware, etc. Verdict: it's more than likely possible but also probably not worth the hassle. I'm still gonna play with this when I get the chance though- sounds like a cool app. |
