blackberry as a mouse?

Was browsing mobihand and stumbled onto this app. Thought someone here may be interested. Apparently you can use your blackberry as a mouse for laptop/desktop. Supports bluetooth. I can't test, but thought this may be something interesting.
Apparently uses trackball or touchscreen.

I would have to be pretty hard up to actually use something like this other than just for fun. I guess if your mouse died and its all you had it would work pretty well.

I played with this, its good for using your bb as a remote mouse to control your media player or for presentations. It also works good if you are using your laptop in the dark. Your bb has a light up keyboard so you don't have to squint while typing

Good point and I do actually type better on my BB than I do my laptop.

Really? That's one I haven't heard before. You must have very "educated" thumbs (or thumb and forefinger depending on what you type with.)

Just tried it and it worked for me. I couldn't get it going the first couple of times but it finally installed to PC. Give it another try.
